Tóm tắt:How can we “provide redress”? An anthropology of redressOur article examines the phenomenon of redress from the standpoint of a philosophical anthropology enriched by “positive knowledge”. Redress is a fundamental disposition (as a set of responses to the experience of loss) of the human condition, which is manifested in a multidimensional (biological, psychological, moral, religious, legal and political) rather than a unified manner. While each of these dimensions has its own principles, tools and techniques, it is also likely to affect the others. This applies to the transformation of the legal model of redress by the psychological model (easing of pain). It also applies to the political use of moral and religious redress (requests for forgiveness or expiation).
