סיכום:The aim of this essay is a reciprocal cross-fertilisation between critical Marxism and hermeneutic and phenomenological currents of thought. A number of working hypotheses are put forward here, which are grounded in the very nature of the communist project (the critical, indissociable project of a praxis implying the transformation of subjects that are concrete and contingent, of flesh and bone, living and dying). This confrontation obliges Marxism to integrate the sense of the finitude constitutive of the human and to understand itself as a "communism of finitude". However phenomenology and hermeneutics also emerge modified from this confrontation. They too must transform themselves, they must shed their narcissistic pretensions and assume an attitude characterised both by a greater modesty and by the sense of solidarity consistent with a praxis of liberation.
