סיכום:In France at least, the dominant trends in philosophy – phenomenology, logico-linguistic analysis – have shown little real interest in the thinking of Marx. The diatribes of the 1980s have given way to a form of politeness which accords Marx the status of a classical author. Today's neo and post-Marxisms examine the Marxian opus in order to test its pertinence, engaging in a variety of reconstruclive enterprises, the diversity of which often borders on the contradictory. Marx's thought does however retain its specific force: its aptitude to question major philosophical currents in relation to their capacity to analyse the historical and social state of the world, in an era characterised by the globalisation of the capitalist economy and the fundamental contradictions thus produced.
