Riassunto:The prosperity of the Chinese dictatorship seems to set an example for eastern countries. Politically, it is based on the patriotic reconversion of the elites. The reduction of the role of the central state, and the business reconversion of the local bureaucracy, tend to build a new "new class" of managers, largely based on the appropriation of public assets. The incapacity of the existing institutions to regulate the social consequences of the economic dynamic, in particular in its effects on the disparities between rural and urban sectors of the society, will however eventually lead to the reemergence of the political question.
