Итог:Marx links the category of law to that of market relations. He nevertheless considers socialism, which suppresses the market, to be the fulfillment of the claims of bourgeois law. In place of this conception, which unites two successive social phases under a sole conception of law, Jacques Bidet substitutes the theory of a single form of modern society, whose "meta-structure" (a concept that is both legal and economic) presides over the configuration of this society, in terms of class relations, and also over its historical movement. He therefore proposes a critique of the Marxian theory of law, a critique which does however draw support from the dialectical approach intrinsic to Marxism.
