| Tóm tắt: | In the future, the wage relations will have to be seen in terms of what is at stake and not in terms of social / economic determinism. For the past ten years, the internal markets of a good number of firms have been dismantled. Is the destructuration of society which is linked with the destructuration of labour unavoidable ? It certainly is if the current trends (passive scenarios of social regression) are confirmed. Less pessimistic is the idea of an enlarged, adaptative keynesian scenario (broadening of the consurnption area, global regulating mechanisms but almost no evolution of the status of the productive man). Optimistic but not unrealistic is the idea of the possible evolution towards a voluntarist project or of social and economic progress (flexible initiatives generating new forms of relations between capital and labour). |
