Opis
Izvleček:To describe the nature of the modem State, Marx analyses the way it was formed, which lads him to relate its genesis, mainly in his early works such as the Critique de la philosophie politique de Hegel or La question juive and then Le 18 Brumaire de Louis Bonaparte and La Guerre civile en France. Marx described the genesis of the modem State from two points of view. At first, his approach was philosophical : he examined the separation process which gave birth to the political state and civil society. Later, he relied on historical analysis and showed the modern state as an organism which was constituted and reinforced at the expense of civil society, which it dominates completely.
