Riassunto:Understanding the relationship between Weber and Marx is to determine the deeper logic of Weber's works as different from Marx's logic. This is a difficult task since the dialogue between Weber and Marx is still incomplete, fragmentary and partly indefinite. It is neither a duel nor a single combat, so that, for the author, it can only be indirect and meant to lead to an enlarged and more probing confrontation. Marx questioned by Weber is a different Marx. Weber confronted with Marxian thought goes farther than he ever did alone.
