| Samenvatting: | The social-liberal consensus which permeates Western Societies partly hides the real complexity of the concept of a modern juridical State. The neo-liberal theory blurs the real genesis and the societal necessities which have produced the Welfare State. Modern problems are problems of radical democratization at the international level. The critical urgency is to make clear the interrelations between the crisis of international capitalistic accumulation and political representation. |
