The last page of this revolution in the dissolution of the constitutive cathegories of the modernity: the progress, the nation-state, the culture, the religion, the country as the base of our collective identity. The analysis conclude also with the definition of the new role of the law in the societies of the complexity: it is always present and regulate each aspect of social life.
