This paper introduces the link between ICT and tourism – through the development of cross-border tourism regions – in the Carpathian Basin. Cette étude analyse la formation et le développement des réseaux et des associations touristiques qui répondent aux défis du marché global. Les TIC occupent dans le Bassin-Carpathique, comme dans beaucoup d’endroits du monde, une place importante dans l’évolution du secteur touristique. |
