Structuring of an ecosystem for the management of a common: the case of the Atlantech low carbon parkThrough a unique case study, the objective of this article is to understand how the actors of an ecosystem structure themselves around a "landscape of practices" to manage a innovation common. As part of a low-carbon district project in the city of La Rochelle, this case study analyzes the management of an inter-organizational approach to the energy and sustainable transition. The structuring of the ecosystem studied is approached through the literature on "communities of practice" and "proximities". The empirical investigation approach allows us to reveal the functioning of communities of practice for the management of an "intangible common". The use of proximities constitutes a methodological contribution for the qualification of communities of practice and the restitution of the capital of proximities of innovation ecosystems. À travers une étude de cas unique, l’objectif de cet article est de comprendre comment les acteurs d’un écosystème se structurent autour d’un « paysage de pratiques » afin de gérer un commun d’innovation. S’inscrivant dans le projet de quartier bas carbone de l’agglomération rochelaise, ce cas analyse la gestion d’une démarche inter-organisationnelle autour de la transition énergétique et durable. La structuration de l’écosystème étudié est abordée par la littérature sur les « communautés de pratique » et les « proximités ». La démarche d’investigation empirique nous permet de révéler le fonctionnement de communautés de pratique pour la gestion d’un « commun intangible ». L’utilisation des proximités constitue un apport méthodologique pour la qualification des communautés de pratique et la restitution des capitaux de proximités des écosystèmes d’innovation.
