Dans ce cadre, les études organisationnelles ont considérablement montré que la connaissance est la ressource clé d’une entreprise pour obtenir un avantage concurrentiel. En outre, les domaines liés à la gestion des connaissances ont accordé une grande importance aux antécédents et implications du concept de transfert de connaissances tant au niveau intra qu’inter-organisationnel. Notre recherche vise à explorer le concept de transfert de connaissances inter-organisationnel et l’apprentissage dans le contexte de co-développement des projets d’énergie renouvelable, ainsi que les principales implications pour l’innovation.In a global context where economies are increasingly becoming knowledge-based, organizations are compelled to keep up with their innovation in order to remain competitive. Within this framework, organizational studies have considerably shown that knowledge is a firm’s key resource to gain competitive advantage. Further, the fields related to knowledge management have given substantial importance to the antecedent and implications of the knowledge transfer concept on both intra and inter-organizational levels. Our research intends to examine the concept of inter-organizational knowledge transfer and learning within the context of renewable energy projects’ co-development, as well as the main implications for innovation.Cairn free access |
