Beskrivelse
Summary:The Industrie verte (Green Industry) Act changes the legal context for the deployment of industrial facilities. All the sectors involved in this operation have been mobilised and adapted to meet the challenge posed by the text: to enable the development of industries supporting the ecological transition on French territory in order to face up to international competition in this area. To this end, the law transforms planning law, industrial law, mitigation banks law and elements of financial law. While the Industrie verte Act does have a green dimension, it however pales in comparison with the real objectives of the text, which are essentially economic, social and sovereignty-related.
