However, many of the operating procedures of the new Fund still need to be defined, in order to give concrete expression to the vital need for international solidarity to address climate injustice.Récemment, l’épineuse question de la remédiation des pertes et préjudices liés aux changements climatiques, sur la table des négociations internationales depuis plus de trente ans, a nettement avancé. Les recours juridictionnels, initiés par les plus vulnérables aux impacts des changements climatiques, ne sont sans doute pas étrangers à cette accélération sur le plan diplomatique. Pour autant, de nombreuses modalités de fonctionnement du nouveau Fonds créé doivent encore être définies afin de concrétiser l’indispensable solidarité internationale face à l’injustice climatique.Cairn restricted access |
