A certain type of climate rules has thus arisen, with a private origin and an international scope, as they transcend the borders of existing territories. In this context, one could wonder about the possible existence of a transnational climate change law, as a relatively autonomous body of law, which would exist at the margins of international and national climate change law. Building on the discussions that have been conducted about the transnational law in other areas of regulations, this study intends to provide answers about the possible existence of a transnational climate change law.Cairn free access |
