Les sources prises en compte sont les traités, les instruments non obligatoires ainsi que les décisions de justice les plus marquantes.International Environmental law : 2010-2014 and Penelope’s web syndromThe present column covers the developments in the field of International Environmental Law over the last five years. First, it deals with sectorial issues such as protection of water, marine environment, air and climate, soil and biodiversity. Secondly it considers environmental protection as a whole, transsectorial protection, environment and trade, environment and armed conflicts, territorial protection regimes (such as mountain areas) and individualization of international environmental law (rights to a healthy environment ; liability regimes).
