Taking as a case study the situation of more than 200 Roma returning from Transinistria and stopped on the spot by the local authorities from Râmnicu Sărat County, we highlight how official orders were designed to keep the returning Roma outside the Romanian neam (nation), defined as a bio-ethnic body.Cairn restricted access |
