But one has to distinguish the trips meant for teachers – and there is no doubt they are useful – from the ones meant for the pupils. However, as shows a ten-year-long pratice, it appears that a well prepared school trip gives the pupils tools to go further into their thought and avoid to stick to a mere emotional experience. As it allows them to keep the souvenir of a moving experience, that will give food for their thoughts as adults. |
