Next, the processes underlying this regressive modality, as well as the conditions favoring its genesis, are approached through certain psychoanalytical works to better define the corresponding level of fixation. Finally, based on the aftermath of several intuitions of the first psychosomaticians, we discuss perspectives for psychosomatic research concerning a typology based on primary object relations and its contribution to a better understanding of the Archaic.À partir de la description des aspects somatiques, comportementaux et psychiques de ce qui constitue une configuration psychosomatique type qualifiée de relation d’objet infectiologique, une validation de cette observation originale est recherchée dans les travaux antérieurs de psychosomaticiens. Ensuite, les processus sous-tendant cette modalité régressive ainsi que des conditions favorisant sa genèse sont approchés au travers de certains travaux psychanalytiques permettant de mieux cerner le niveau de fixation correspondant. Enfin, sont également discutées les perspectives en termes de recherche psychosomatique à partir d’un après-coup de certaines intuitions des premiers psychosomaticiens concernant une typologie fondée sur la relation d’objet primaire et sa contribution à une meilleure compréhension de l’Archaïque.A partir de la descripción de los aspectos somáticos, conductuales y psíquicos de lo que constituye una configuración psicosomática típica denominada relación objetual infecciológica, se busca una validación de esta observación original en trabajos anteriores de psicosomáticos. A continuación, se abordan los procesos que subyacen a esta modalidad regresiva, así como las condiciones que favorecen su génesis, a través de determinados trabajos psicoanalíticos que permiten comprender mejor el nivel de fijación correspondiente. Por último, también se discuten las perspectivas en términos de investigación psicosomática a partir de una reflexión a posteriori sobre ciertas intuiciones de los primeros psicosomáticos relativas a una tipología basada en la relación de objeto primaria y su contribución a una mejor comprensión de lo arcaico.Cairn free access
