Résumé:Starting with a description of the somatic, behavioral and psychic aspects of what constitutes a typical psychosomatic configuration referred to as an infectious object relationship, a validation of this original observation is sought in the previous work of psychosomaticians. Next, the processes underlying this regressive modality, as well as the conditions favoring its genesis, are approached through certain psychoanalytical works to better define the corresponding level of fixation. Finally, based on the aftermath of several intuitions of the first psychosomaticians, we discuss perspectives for psychosomatic research concerning a typology based on primary object relations and its contribution to a better understanding of the Archaic.
