Summary — In so far as the beginning of treatment increases drive excitation, it also excites the sensory antenna directed outwards, that is, in the patient’s case, towards the analyst and his framework. Consequently, the latter are the cause both of excess internal excitation that they cannot counter-excite and of external excitation from which they should protect the patient. With reference to the beginning of the treatment of a patient suffering from a latent cyclothymia, the author attempt to understand what, in the analytic configuration, can provide the matrix of a fully intentional counter-excitation. He puts forward the hypothesis that this counter-exciting matrix will be a co-creation, in a complex interplay between internal and external registers of excitation in the patient, the analyst and between both patient and analyst. Si los principios de la cura aumentan la excitación pulsional, también excitan las antenas sensoriales inclinadas hacia el exterior, es decir por el paciente, hacia el analista y su marco ; de tal manera que estos son causa y añaden excitación interna que los mismos no pueden frenar, y también excitación externa de la cual deberían proteger al paciente. Apoyá ndose en los inicios de la cura de un paciente aquejado de una ciclotimia larvada, el autor trata de entender aquéllo que en la instalación analítica, constituirá la matriz protectora contra las excitaciones desde el vamos. Avanza la hipótesis que la matriz protectora es una co-creación, en un juego complejo entre los registros internos y externos de la excitación en el paciente, en el analista y entre ambos. Er macht die Hypothese, dass diese Reizschutzmatrize eine Ko-Kreation ist, in einem, komplexen Spiel zwischen den inneren und den äusseren Registern des Reizes beim Patienten, beim Analytiker, sowie auch zwischen dem Patienten und dem Analytiker. Basandosi sugli inizi della cura di un paziente affetto da uno ciclotimia latente, l’autore cerca di capire quello che nel sito analitico, va a costituire la matrice di quello che dovrebbe essere un para eccitante.
