They conclude by highlighting the institutional challenges faced by these hybrid approaches and the experiments undertaken by their proponents.Au début des années 1980, un courant académique a émergé autour d’approches du management inspirées par l’art et proposant de placer l’esthétique au cœur des analyses organisationnelles. Issu de deux branches distinctes, ce mouvement aux références multiples s’est progressivement structuré, et commence à proposer une pensée managériale alternative. Retraçant en détail son histoire, les auteurs montrent en quoi les rencontres entre les champs académiques, culturels et artistiques peuvent être fructueuses, tout en constatant que leur performativité reste encore limitée.
