Description
Summary:People working with/after cancer develop knowledge based on their experience of this specific situation, knowledge that is personal, situated, and uncertain. This knowledge can only be put in action in a work situation—with a view to transforming the organization of work to reconcile health preservation and performance—if it is made explicit, shared and, beyond that, mobilized in an organizational learning dynamic. The mobilization of narrative mechanisms, linked to abductive reasoning, can help to trigger such a dynamic, opening up new fields of possibility in the design of work with/after cancer.
