Description
Summary:Long considered invisible, disability has been increasingly acknowledged in our societies over the past few decades. This issue raises significant challenges for contemporary organizations and management, which led to the creation of the Ges’Handi collective and the development of this special feature of the Revue française de gestion. After providing a social and historical perspective on disability, this introductory article identifies three prominent research dynamics in management and business sciences within the French-speaking context. The six articles selected for this special feature are then presented. The article concludes with a call to unite researchers from various disciplines within management and business sciences to address, in a transversal manner, the challenges of including people with disabilities.
