The implications of these links between engineers and management are then discussed, for engineers themselves as well as for management studies.S’il est connu que l’ingénierie a toujours eu partie liée au management, l’étendue de cette association reste à mettre en évidence. C’est là l’objectif de cet article, qui propose de retracer la contribution des ingénieurs à l’élaboration et à la mise en œuvre des pratiques managériales du milieu du 19e siècle à nos jours. Les implications de ces liens entre ingénieurs et management sont ensuite discutées, pour les ingénieurs comme pour les sciences de gestion.Cairn restricted access |
