This has created new economic costs through an « insurance logic ».Cet article étudie la façon dont le terrorisme a modifié le rapport à la conflictualité dans les sociétés occidentales. L’auteur s’intéresse aux enjeux juridico-politiques ouverts par la menace terroriste et analyse l’évolution de la doctrine juridique consistant à assimiler les terroristes à des criminels néanmoins différents des autres, relevant du seul droit commun. Il montre que le terrorisme induit une forme de continuum du conflit. Ce continuum de la conflictualité trouve sa traduction, sur le plan économique, dans la prise en compte de coûts nouveaux avec l’adoption d’une logique « assurantielle ».Cairn restricted access |
