To shed light on this process of managerialisation, this article analyses their constitution as a politico-legal object, before considering successively the economic stakes and the social issues associated with their development.L’objectif de cet article est d’analyser les modalités selon lesquelles les activités physiques et sportives (APS) en entreprise, qui relevaient depuis 1945 des œuvres sociales des ex-comités d’entreprise, se sont transformées, depuis la fin des années 2000, en un véritable outil managérial.
