| Summary: | The aim of this article is to analyse the ways in which physical and sporting activities (PSA) in the workplace, which since 1945 have been part of the prerogatives of the former Employee Representative Committees, have been transformed since the end of the 2000s into a genuine managerial tool. To shed light on this process of managerialisation, this article analyses their constitution as a politico-legal object, before considering successively the economic stakes and the social issues associated with their development. |
