If training during a sporting career officially constitutes an important issue for the Ministry of Sports, this dual curriculum (school/university/professional training and sports training) turns out to be implemented in very different ways depending on the sport but, above all, dysfunctions regarding monitoring.Suivre, pouvoir suivre, mais également s’engager dans une formation, constituent des étapes décisives du processus de reconversion des Sportifs de haut niveau (SHN). Quarante-deux SHN issus de dix sports ainsi que six cadres du ministère des Sports et de l’Institut national du sport, de l’expertise et de la performance (Insep) ont été interrogés. Si se former durant la carrière sportive constitue officiellement un enjeu important pour le ministère des Sports, ce double cursus (formation scolaire/universitaire/professionnelle et formation sportive) s’avère être mis en œuvre de manière très différente selon les sports, mais, surtout, laisse apparaître des dysfonctionnements quant au suivi.Cairn restricted access |
