Résumé:Despite the obstacles to innovation that planning erected within Soviet-style economies, innovative activities were able to flourish in several areas. In addition to space and military-industrial complex, numerous " off-plan regulations " demonstrate the ability of economic players to find new solutions to their problems. Although they may seem necessary at the microeconomic level, these forms of innovation were nonetheless unable to resolve the macroeconomic imbalances that would eventually overwhelm the Soviet system.
