S’il est membre d’une association, celle-ci peut l’exclure, en démontrant qu’il ne remplit plus les conditions pour être membre. Mais elle risque une demande de dommages et intérêts pour préjudice. That “fifth criteria” would be the criteria to guaranty the four others. However, in reality, no guaranty is possible since there is no way to prevent a dangerous psychotherapist from harming his clients. If he or she is a member of an association, s/he could possibly be excluded from that association, by demonstrating that s/he no longer fulfils the conditions of membership. But the association would itself risk being charged damages and be liable for prejudice. Let us hope that the legal system evolves.Cairn free access
