Due to globalization and the emergence of large countries, only a converging euro area can hope to compete with the powers of today and tomorrow. In the absence of a federal vision of the euro area, it is desirable to advance on (and / or strengthen) the banking union, the budget harmonization, the pooling of debts, the budget of the euro zone and better economic and social convergence.Cairn free access |
