A grandes rasgos, analiza la forma en que el documento transmite, ayuda y guía a los profesionales con un contacto cercano o lejano con el objeto artístico.La transversalidad de las funciones de la información y de la comunicación en los museos supone un concepto de práctica documental compartida, donde cada intervención encuentra su necesidad asociando técnica y mediación.Dieser zweite Abschnitt behandelt die Frage der Inhouse-Nutzung der Dokumente, aber auch des Teilens von Wissen mittels Netzwerken.
