La proposition du psychodrame en thérapie familiale psychanalytique est alors envisagée comme une voie possible pour permettre de sortir de l’adhésion au factuel. Remobiliser l’imaginaire, la co-création en faveur de l’émergence des fantasmes partagés en famille pour tenter de sortir des répétitions du quotidien et par extension de certaines transmissions transgénérationnelles. “Confrontation with disability, stakes and staging in family therapy.” Disability, manifestation of phobic symptoms and anxious climate can lead to a feeling of intrusion and a need for protection within the family. In the transference/counter-transference links, the family’s search for concrete solutions makes the therapist experience a feeling of helplessness, faced with the framework shifting from therapeutic to educational to the detriment of taking into account the group psychic apparatus. The proposal of psychodrama in psychoanalytic family therapy is then considered as a possible way to get out of sticking to the facts. Remobilize the imagination, the co-creation in favour of the emergence of shared fantasies within the family to try to go beyond everyday life routine and by extension beyond certain transgenerational transmissions. “Confrontación a la discapacidad, desafíos y escenificación en la terapia familiar.” La discapacidad, la manifestación de los síntomas fóbicos y el ambiente ansioso pueden producir en la familia un sentimiento de intrusión y una necesidad de protección. En los vínculos transferenciales y contratransferenciales la búsqueda de una solución concreta por parte de la familia, puede crear en el terapeuta una vivencia de indefensión anteponiendo el cuadro terapéutico al educativo ; en detrimento del aparato psíquico grupal. La propuesta del psicodrama en la terapia familiar psicoanalítica está prevista como un camino posible para aferrarse a lo factual. Volver a movilizar la co-creación a favor del surgimiento de las fantasías compartidas por la familia para intentar salir de las repeticiones del cotidiano y por extensión de algunas transmisiones transgeneracionales.
