Professor McRae is interested in the way how the field of international trade law is perceived by international lawyers and in the relevance of basic concepts and procedures of international trade law to the general field of international law. Areas of conflict that have arisen between international trade law and particular branches of international law are also discussed in this course. In the different sections of his course, Professor McRae focuses on the traditional relationship between international trade law and international law, the economic and legal foundations of international trade law and international law, the concepts and institutions of international trade law and their relationship with international law, and the emerging conflicts between international trade law and international law. | ||
