Le Juge Ranjeva consacre la première partie de son étude au statut consultatif et à l exclusion de l organisation non gouvernementale de la mise en oeuvre du droit international, et la deuxième à l accession de l organisation non gouvernementale au partenariat pour la mise en oeuvre du droit international. | ||
