In the framework of this study Professor Reisman pays particular attention to the sometimes very thorny policy problems that the Court faces in carrying out this form of jurisdiction. The first chapter deals with the topics of adjudication and international arbitrage. In the second chapter the international supervision in the pre-arbitral phase is discussed, and in the third chapter the international supervision in the post-arbitral phase. In the last chapter the future of supervisory jurisdiction is examined. | ||
