Kurt Siehr consacre également des développements importants au commerce des oeuvres d art ayant fait l objet d une nationalisation ou d une expropriation, au commerce d oeuvres d art sorties du territoire avant l indépendance de ceux-ci, et au commerce d oeuvres d art exportées illégalement. | ||
